What is a LEAD Leader?

LEAD Leaders have the opportunity to educate, practice, and develop personally as leaders. They will facilitate team-building initiatives, low ropes course challenges, and various leadership workshops. If you want to experience leadership at the next level and make a difference in our community, apply to be a LEAD Leader. Through this opportunity, LEAD Leaders gain real-life experiences while impacting their peers and community. LEAD Leaders go through a series of team initiatives, low ropes course, in-depth facilitation, debriefing skill development and a multitude of leadership theory perspectives. LEAD Leaders are responsible for taking on the challenge to promote the value of leadership on personal, local and global levels. the commitment of this challenge extends far beyond developing your personal leadership, but becomes a commit to utilizing leadership to influence our world.
