Minutes

Present: Paul Bland, Terra Drummond, Kathleen Gleason, Aileen Moore, Jim Ryan, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)

I. Introduced members and reviewed Policy and Procedures.

II. Terra Drummond volunteered and was unanimously elected Chair.

III. The minutes of April 12, 2006 were approved.

IV. Reviewed the funding history and year ending FY06 reports from the Department of Art and the Art Gallery. SATO’s will be forwarded via emailed when received.

V. Agreed to send out “Call for Proposals” on February 1st with a due date of Friday, March 30. A Meeting for mid April will be scheduled at a later date.

VI. Meeting adjourned at 2:50p.m.
