Minutes

Present: Jorge Ballester, Nathan Creed, Ken Easthouse, Joella Mehrhof, Nancy Pontius, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)

I. The minutes of February 21, 2005 were approved.
II. Elaine Henry, Art Dept., Larry Schwarm, Art Gallery, and Nancy Slater, Art Therapy, briefly described their programs for which they were requesting funding. They answered the board members questions about their proposals and discussed the benefits they provide to ESU students and the community.
III. The board discussed the requests then voted unanimously to allocate $7,240 to the Art Department, $5,040 to the Art Gallery and $1,680 to Art Therapy and recommend discussed suggestions to SATO in awards letter.
