Minutes

Present: Stephan Anderson-Story, Paul Bland, Ken DeLaughder, Samantha Miller, Nancy Pontius, Kelly Thompson, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)

I. Minutes of October 10, 2005 meeting - Approved

II. Policies and Procedures: Change division to department and tabled adding a sentence for proxy issues.

III. Larry Schwarm and Roberta Eichenberger, Art Department and Art Gallery and Nancy Slater, SATO briefly described their programs for which they were requesting funding. They answered board members questions about their proposals and discussed the benefits they provide to ESU students and the community.

IV. The board discussed the requests then voted unanimously to allocate $9200 to the Art Department, $5950 to the Eppink Art Gallery, and $1000 to SATO.

V. Meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
