Minutes

Present: Stephan Anderson-Story, Paul Bland, Ken DeLaughder, Nancy Pontius, Mitch Spencer, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)
I. Introduced members and reviewed Policy and Procedures.

II. Kelly Thompson volunteered, Spencer moved, Pontius seconded and Thompson was unanimously elected Chair.

III. The minutes of April 18, 2005 were approved.

IV. Reviewed the funding history and year ending FY05 reports from the Department of Art, the Art Gallery and the Student Art Therapy Organization (SATO)

V. Agreed to send out “Call for Proposals” on February 1st with a due date of March 31. A Meeting for mid April will be scheduled at a later date.

VI. Meeting adjourned at 2:20p.m.
