Minutes

Present: Susan Packard, Carol Russell, Mitch Spencer, Jessica Velazquez, Kelly Winfrey, Dan Kirchhefer, Amy Sage Webb, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)

I. The minutes of February 4, 2005 were approved.
II. Marie Miller, Department of Music, Ken Delaughder, Debate, and Jim Bartruff, Theatre briefly described their programs for which they were requesting funding. They answered the board members questions about their proposals and discussed the benefits they provide to ESU students and the community.
III. The board discussed the request then voted unanimously to allocate $39,000 to Debate, 48,000 to the Department of Music, 65,046 to Theatre, and $8,000 to Hornet Revue.
IV. A meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2005 @ 8:00 a.m. to further articulate suggestions discussed at this meeting.
