PERFORMING ARTS BOARD
October 17, 2005 @ 2:00 p.m.
Roosevelt Hall 110

Present: Jan Borst, Amy Fangman, Natalie Freerksen, Angela Goicoechea, Dustin Rimmey, Carol Russell, Erin Schmidt, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)

I. Members introduced themselves and Sobieski gave a general description of the purposes and procedures of the Performing Arts Board.

II. Dustin Rimmey volunteered as Chair and was unanimously elected. Freerksen moved and Fangman seconded to approve meeting minutes from April 22, 2005 and April 28, 2005.
III. Members discussed the funding history and Russell recommended M. Miller keep a reserve in the Hornet Revue.

IV. Unanimously agreed to send out Call for Proposals on February 1, 2006 with a due date of March 31, 2006. A meeting will be set for mid April, 2006 after the Spring semester starts. Freerksen moved and Fangman seconded and members unanimously agreed to include the rubric with the call for proposals.

Meeting adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
