Minutes

Present: Jan Borst, Dan Kirchhefer, Lauren Loucks, Dustin Rimmey, Dylan Roberts, Anna Robles, Theresa Smith, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)

I. Members introduced themselves and Sobieski gave a general description of Procedure & Policies.
II. Rimmey volunteered and was unanimously elected chair.

III. Minutes from April 19, 2006 were approved.

IV. Funding History was discussed and Rimmey suggested and it was approved that Dean’s office would send amount to be allocated along with completed Budget Request Forms to members.
V. Unanimously agreed to send out Call for Proposals on February 1, 2007 with a due date of March 30, 2007. (NOTE: English will be asked to provide a preliminary report, on Fund use FY07, and sent to committee members along with completed Budget Request Forms) A meeting will be set for mid April, 2007.
