Proposed Draft regarding replacement to the Dean’s Advisory Committee:

“If a member of the advisory committee is unable to serve during the academic year for which she/he was elected, then that person shall be replaced via an election by the assembly. The procedure for nominating and electing the new member shall parallel the process followed for the regular election of advisory committee members, with the election to be held at the next meeting of the full assembly. In the event that the Past-Moderator cannot serve during the term for which she/he was designated, the Assembly shall elect a replacement for the Past-Moderator from the previous year's advisory committee in order to ensure continuity on the committee.”
