Minutes

Present: Ashley Brooks, Steven Brown (ex-officio), Allan Comstock, Myrna Cornett-DeVito, Jessica Doll, Janet Holland, Ashley McCullough, Maggie Miller, Lauren Padgett

I. Introduced members and reviewed Policy and Procedures.

II. Lauren unanimously elected Chair.

III. The minutes of April 13, 2007 were approved.

IV. Reviewed the funding history and year ending FY07 reports from the Department of Art, Art Gallery, and SATO.

V. Agreed to send out “Call for Proposals” on February 1st with a due date of Friday, March 30. A Meeting for mid April will be scheduled at a later date.

VI. Meeting adjourned at 3:47 p.m.
