PERFORMING ARTS BOARD

October 8, 2007 @ 3:00 p.m.

Minutes

Present: Steve Brown (ex-officio), Jeremiah Devine, Giancarla Di Laura, Gary Holcomb, Jaclyn Lane, Lauren Loucks, and Eric Luchen

I.          Members introduced themselves and Brown welcomed them to the Performing Arts Board.

II.         Devine volunteered and it was agreed that he would serve as chair.

III.       Luchen read the Purpose of the Operational Policies and Procedures of the Performing Arts Board aloud and discussion ensued.

IV.       Minutes from April 11, 2007 and April 16, 2007 were approved.

V.        Funding History was discussed.  The Dean’s office will send the amount to be allocated along with completed Budget Request Forms to members 2 weeks before the next meeting.

VI.       Unanimously agreed to send out Call for Proposals on February 1, 2008 with a due date of Friday, March 28, 2008.  A meeting will be set for mid April 2008.
