PERFORMING ARTS BOARD

Minutes

Present:            Jan Borst, Lauren Loucks, Dustin Rimmey, Dylan Roberts, Anna Robles, Rod Sobieski (ex-officio)

I. The board discussed the requests then unanimously agreed to allocate $7,630 to English, $43,430 to Music, $7,500 to Hornet Revue, $58,860 to Theatre and $35,290 to Debate.

II. The board unanimously agreed to stipulate that English use only $2000 for printing costs.

III. The board unanimously agreed to stipulate that Hornet Revue not use any Performing Arts Board funds for Student Honoriums.

IV. The board unanimously agreed to send Hornet Revue a letter with information regarding why they were not fully funded by the Performing Arts Board and cc Ken Weiser and John Schwenn.
