To obtain an application, contact Kara Wolford at 341-5470 or kwolfor1@emporia.edu  The requirements are:
1.  Be a dependent or child of ESU Classified Personnel
2.  Apply for admission to the university for 2009-2010
3.  If a continuing student, be in good academic standing
4.  Attend ESU in at least half-time enrollment
5.  Complete application before March 6, 2009.
