Welcome to the Jones Institute for Educational Excellence (JIEE) in The Teachers College at Emporia State University. JIEE hosts professional development opportunities for educators working in the field. JIEE also houses a number of programs to serve teachers and their schools, including:

- Center for Innovative School Leadership

- Flint Hills Writing Project

- Great Plains Center for National Teacher Certification

- Kansas Future Teacher Academy

- Kansas Regional Reading Recovery University Training Center

The mission of Jones Institute for Educational Excellence is to provide educational leadership and service, improve the quality of instruction and teaching, conduct policy studies on emerging issues, promote excellence in all areas of learning, and contribute to the educational dialogue on national trends and issues.
