Cancellations

Cancellations received less than two (2) full working days prior to the start of the workshop/conference and "no-shows" will be invoiced at the full rate. Cancellations made due to inclement weather will receive a partial refund.

Occasionally, a workshop will not meet minimum registration requirements. JIEE reserves the right to cancel such a course prior to the start of the workshop. Registered participants will be notified promptly of these cancellations. Please provide e-mail addresses and phone numbers to facilitate notification. JIEE cannot be held responsible for travel expenses incurred due to these cancellations. Please note: Early registration helps prevent cancellations.

Inclement Weather

JIEE workshops and conferences are rarely canceled or postponed due to inclement weather. If weather conditions are severe enough to warrant cancellation or postponement of an event, an announcement will be posted to THIS WEB PAGE (if all necessary technology is available) and area media will be alerted. You may also call JIEE at 1-877-378-5433 and listen to the voice mail message where an announcement will be recorded or you will talk to JIEE staff who can inform you of any changes.
