Step 7: Access to Other Systems

 

Depending on an employee’s role with the university, they may be required to have additional access to various ESU systems or services. Below are some of the more common systems, including who to contact regarding special access. Please note that the systems listed below are the commonly used systems and NOT a complete list.

  • Document Imaging Solution

INB (Internet Native Banner)
  • Banner Web Application used at ESU to manage students, financial aid, employee information, etc.
  • Requires a separate password from your normal ESU password

SSB (Self-Service Banner)
  • Banner web application available to all students and employees for viewing their personal ESU account info.
  • No additional access needed
BRM (Banner Relationship Management)
  • Constituent Management System to connect with prospective students
  • Primarily used by Enrollment Management Offices
