Voice & Data Solutions

The Voice & Data Solutions team provides strategic planning, design and installation of ESU’s voice and data networks, working in tandem with university departments, external network service providers, and internal and external architectural and construction teams to deliver an integrated, scalable, reliable communications network.  Specific services provided include: 

 

Network Architecture & Engineering

Network design for wired and wireless connectivity to voice and data services for Emporia State University facilities in Emporia. This include overall networking routing, switches, firewalls, and virtual private network (VPN) envrionments. Architecture and engineering also includes network cabling and management.

 

Data Center Services

Secure environmentally controlled facilities for ESU’s server, storage, and telecommunications systems. Services include equipment racking and cabling and environmental monitoring.

 

Voice Services

Voice services includes landline telephone service, mobile telephone service, voicemail, conference phone support, and consolidated landline / mobile billing services.
