Proposal Due Dates and Evaluation

Proposals will be accepted at any time. Proposals will be reviewed two times per year according to the approximate schedule annually:

October 15

February 16

Those proposals that are not submitted in time for consideration by the dates listed may be reviewed in the next cycle. Members of the steering committee may not serve on subcommittees that review proposals in which they are participants. The results of the review will be given to the principal applicant of: (1) Acceptance, (2) Acceptance with restrictions or clarifications, (3) Revision of current proposal with director's assistance, (4) Major Revision and recommended resubmit, (5) Rejection.
