Xiaolei Li is an exchange student from China who received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Wuhan University of Technology in 2006 and Minor of Psychology in Huazhong Normal University in 2006. She is pursuing an MBA with a concentration on accounting in Emporia State University since 2006 summer.

Xiaolei worked as a program assistant in office of international education in 2006. She served as liaison with international students and university and took a responsibility for responding to the needs for international students enrolling in the university. She also worked as a sales representative during the internship program in Citroen manufactory of electronic vehicle when she was in China. In addition, Xiaolei played an important role in many community activities when she was in college. She is a group leader of body mechanics association which has the honor to be the cheerleaders of CUBA (Chinese University Basketball Association).
