Employee Tax Information
Benefits eligible employees will need their IRS 1095-C for tax purposes. Employees may go to https://sso.cobraguard.net/seer_login.php, and use your ESU user name and password. (If you have forgotten your log in information, you can contact the ESU Help Desk at 620-341-5555.) Once logged in, the form is located on the Forms tab on the Account Overview screen, under "Tax Forms".
Helpful Tax and Security Tips from the IRS
As 2015 comes to an end, the IRS has launched a new security awareness campaign titled “Taxes. Security. Together.” The IRS is issuing Security Awareness Tax Tips at https://www.irs.gov/uac/IRS-Tax-Tips through January to help inform individuals of actions that they can take to protect and secure their personal information. A new tip is posted every week through the end January.
Start earning points toward a discount on your health insurance premiums for the 2017 plan year. Be sure to complete your 30 HealthQuest points by November 15, 2016. You can check your current points total, and earn more points by using your email address to access the HealthQuest Portal. Dependent and spouse Tuition Waiver applications are due by February 2, 2016 at 5:00 p.m for the Spring 2016 semester, or by the first day of the enrolled class for the Summer 2016 semester. We regret we will be unable to accept late applications. The student must be enrolled in at least one class prior to starting the application, and the E# for the employee and student will also be required.
