Human Performance Lab
The HP Lab is the hub of research and physical performance testing for the HPER Department. All students taking PE 100 Lifetime Fitness are tested using the TriFit. The lab also has a new metabolic cart and monark bikes and treadmills. We also have reaction time/movement time apparatus along with EMG wireless equipment.
Physical Performance testing
A cross country runner is being max. tested on the treadmill.

The new Trikkes are used to determine muscle activation during the ride.
