The ESU Athletic Training Program is fully accredited through Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).
Health Education and Physical Education
The ESU Health Education and Physical Education Teacher Licensure Programs are accredited through National council fo Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the Kansas State Department of Education.
The Health Promotion Program is endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) via the University Connection Endorsement Program (UCEP). As an endorsed university, students in the Health Promotion program are eligible to sit for ACSM certification exams upon graduation. Employment opportunities exist in corporate, clinical/medical, not-for-profit organizations, commercial/private settings and academic institutions.
