Welcome to ESU!

How2ESU is Emporia State University's undergraduate new student transition program. How2ESU events are designed to welcome you to our campus community and help make ESU your home away from home. How2ESU includes programs, activities, speakers, and social events to provide you with the skills and resources to effectively engage in the academic and social life of the campus.

Research suggests that your experiences in the first few weeks on campus have the greatest impact on your college success. That's why we created How2ESU - to help you succeed! What does that mean? It means if you actively participate in How2ESU programs and utilize the skills and resources we're going to give you, you will greatly increase your chance of having an outstanding first year at Emporia State!

Check out the links to the left to learn about How2ESU programs. We are currently planning the events for summer and fall 2012, so more information will be available early in April. If you have any questions about How2ESU, email Jason Bosch at jbosch1(at)emporia.edu or call the Center for Student Involvement at (620) 341-5481.

See you soon Hornet,
