Dear Prospective Graduate Student,

Graduate education is becoming more important with each passing year!

To advance in professions like education, library and information management, business, psychology, the liberal arts and sciences, counseling, the health fields, physical education, and recreation, master’s degrees are needed. Furthermore, the demand for well educated professionals will only increase in the years to come.

Emporia State University offers twenty-six master’s degrees with thirty-three different concentrations, eight graduate certificates, a Specialist in Education Degree in School Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Library and Information Management. To meet the needs of working students, we offer many courses online or at a time convenient for you. Ten of our master’s degrees are entirely online.

You’ll find that our graduate classes are small to ensure interaction with your instructor. We pride ourselves on being learner centered. We care about our students and and want you to be successful.  We’ll do all we can to help you meet your educational goals.

I invite you to contact the Graduate Office by calling 1-800-950-GRAD or 620-341-5403 as the first step in advancing toward a rewarding and challenging career. We would be happy to help you schedule a visit to our campus. You can tour our modern facilities, meet current students, visit with faculty, and have your questions answered by an advisor in your chosen department.
