How2ESU: New Student Programs

Hornet Orientation

Hornet Orientation includes several days of events, sessions, and activities just before the fall semester begins to welcome you to Emporia State, help you connect with your peers, and provide you with important resources for your success. From helping you meet new friends to learning your way around campus, we are here to help make your transition to ESU as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

All new students are highly encouraged to participate in Hornet Orientation events, whether you will be living on or off campus.
