ESU Call Center staffers thank donors

Here at Emporia State University, we send out letters, cards, premium items and most recently post cards. The students in the call center took photos at various campus locations and those were then made into a simple thank you post card series.

The callers personally write thank-yous to anyone who makes a pledge through the call center every week. We do on average about 90 per week. The students put their own mark on the effort by circling themselves on the front and writing their name next to it.
