ESU Foundation Estate Planning Services

A Unique Legacy Planning Option

Estate Planning Services

For people who care about how their wealth is transferred to future generations, the ESU Foundation provides a comprehensive, free way to plan your estate. Emporia State alumni, faculty & staff and donors are eligible for this service.

Though you do need to work with an attorney to execute final documents, our process gives you cost-free, objective advice and comprehensive plan design that eliminates income, gift, estate, inheritance, and generation-skipping taxes, as well as facilitates the smooth transition of a business, farm, or other assets to your family.

John Griffin can help you maximize the value of your estate distributed to successive generations, and should you choose to, also have a greater opportunity to provide support to the communities and causes you love.

If you would like to learn more about this service and how it can help you, please contact Shannon Massey, Campaign Manager for Emporia State University Foundation
