Applying for a Stafford Loan
Before being redirected to OpenNet to start the Stafford Loan application process, please choose a lender below. Each lender page has borrower benefit (repayment) information. Please use a comparison of that information in making your selection. At each lender's individual page, there is a link to apply for the Stafford loan which will direct you to OpenNet with their lender code locked in for you.

NOTE: Effective April 1, 2008, Stafford loans may be subject to an origination fee of up to 1.5% as well as a 1% Federal default fee.
