Lisa Knopp

Lisa Knopp is the author of Field of Vision (1996), a collection of nature essays about Iowa and Nebraska, and Flight Dreams: A Life in the Midwestern Landscape (1998), both from the University of Iowa Press. The Nature of Home, a collection of essays exploring the concept of home in relation to the natural and human history of Nebraska, is forthcoming from the University of Nebraska Press in September 2002. Knopp teaches in the low-residency MFA Program in Creative Nonfiction at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, and lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with her son and daughter.
