A. Faculty President McCoy
1. ESU Fall ‘96 enrollment figures are down from the last year.

3. President Glennen has approved FSB 96001. There have been concerns expressed by some ESU faculty regarding the implications of FSB 96001 specific to faculty tenure. President McCoy suggested that there may be a need to reconsider whether it is the bill itself or the circumstance under which the bill was created that is the impetus for the concerns. Information regarding the processes involved in making changes in a Faculty Senate approved bill will be explored further.
4. There has been concern expressed from faculty regarding the Vision 2020 document and the extent to which faculty suggestions were acknowledged in the development of the document. Faculty are concerned that ESU's strengths continue to be acknowledged.

III. Committee Reports
