Academic Programs

Majors

The Department of English offers many courses and programs for English majors and other students. Depending on their career goals, English majors may earn either a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science in Education.  (See Graduate Program for information on the Master's degree in English.)

Minors

In addition, students may minor in English, Creative Writing or Journalism, or receive a second teaching field certification in or Journalism with any major at ESU.
