The Undersea World of Alan Keck
A Study in Glass and Ceramics

Alan Keck is an art teacher at Emporia High School, Emporia, Kansas USA. He demonstrates and facilitates high school students in the art of glass blowing and ceramics. Mr. Keck displayed a wonderful recreation of an undersea environment in the media he teaches. This concept serves as a way to engage students in a dialogue between science and art classes. His work was on display at the Emporia Arts Council in October, 2004 and these are some images from the show.
