Basic Format Instructions

Abbreviations: Avoid abbreviations or if you use them, include a clear explanation for the abbreviations.

Number references: To allow for easy communication regarding a particular entry, references should be numbered.

Information Needed/Citation Style: Your reference style will be accepted as sent. Regardless of the format style used, the following information is needed and can simply be listed:

Category: References could be given category designation(s) such as, although not limited to:

Keyword: In addition to categories, keywords could be submitted. "Amber" and "fossil resin" will be common to all and need not be included. Although other terms can be chosen, some possible keywords are shown below.

Reference Language: A reference may include several languages, where the body of the text is in one language and captions or abstract in a second language. The primary language should be noted first, with other languages following.
