General web topics are listed below, along with some sites to visit for an introduction with tutorials, indexes, and pages created by Emporia State University earth science students and faculty. Content is important for your creation, but also make note of specific guidelines that must be met for grading purposes. Submit the page in html format on a PC diskette or by providing the URL (consult your instructor on preferences) AND submit a paper copy of your creation.

This web page must be original and unique work that was created by you and submitted for ES 111 only. Content and images may not be utilized or submitted for credit in other classes. If there is any question regarding this, please see your instructor for clarification.

The web pages you create must be deliciously simple with a unique, accurate, and exciting content. As for grading, content is of prime importance and should be gathered from a variety of sources, such as books, journals, the Internet, etc. The text must be in your own words and proper credit to a source should be given when quoting and paraphrasing. Complete references/bibliography will be given at the end of the document. Academic dishonesty can result in penalties and is not tolerated in this class.
