Classroom Assignments
Once a classroom has been assigned, the ESU Office of Distance Education will contact professors by primary/on-file email address. Signs will be posted at some sites to direct students to classrooms.
Parking & Key Information
Please contact Distance Education for site specific parking and key information.
Technology Equipment
Please contact Distance Education as soon as possible, so they can submit a request to the course site or make other arrangements for your needed equipment.
If you experience any technical problems, please contact the Distance Education office.
Copies, Printouts, and Office Use
If you are in the Kansas City metro area, please visit the ESU Metro Learning Center. The MLC has a copy machine, Internet and printer accessible computers, and temporary office space for professor use. Please contact the MLC if you would like to schedule a time to use the office.
Safety Procedures
Instructors will be responsible for evaluating their individual classroom and identifying the closest exits/protection areas during the event of inclement weather and/or emergencies. Please notify students of these procedures.
