Tech Support

IT has developed tutorials to assist faculty with many technical areas associated with teaching off-campus and online. As new tutorials are made, these will be added to the link at the right.


The ESU Helpdesk assists faculty with technology and computing needs. Their primary areas of support include:

  • Campus network and wireless connections (new requests, configuration, access failure, etc.)
  • E-mail
  • BuzzIn Portal
  • Passwords and Userids
  • PC and Mac problems (operating system, virus eradication, etc.)

Helpdesk hours:
Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Saturday - 11:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday - 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Technology Help
There is also help available the ESU Tech Site to assist students with answers, software, wireless, blackboard,etc.
Also, if you are having problems with your computer, the helpdesk will be able to remotely assess your computer to help you diagnosis the problem.
