Confidentiality

Disability related information is considered confidential information and is only released with the written permission of the student. A Consent-To-Release Information form is available from the office. Additional information about confidentiality can be obtained from the director of the office.

Students with disabilities are encouraged to share that they have a disability with their academic advisors. It is beneficial to students when planning academic schedules and course selections when advisors are aware of any unique needs that may exist.
