Week Long Tag
Juanuary 27th at 8AM to January 27th at 4:30PM on ESU Campus
TAG! Your it! Weeklong tag is one of the biggest tag games students will ever participate in! Each participant will get a wristband with someone else's name on it and the goal is to collect as many wristbands as possible. Once someone is tagged they forfeit their wristband and any wristbands they may have already collected by tagging others. Tag is a fun competition that allows students to network with others, even if it's just by tagging them!
HUGE Activities Fair
February 1st from 11AM to 1PM on Pedestrian Mall
Join UAC for the HUGE Activities Fair and look at all of the AMAZING opportunities you have available as a member! We will have all sorts of free giveaways!
Night at the Movies: $4 Movies
February 1st from 7PM to 10PM at Flinthills 8 Cinemas
1614 Industrial Road, Emporia, KS
Imagine getting to see a big movie that premiered only a week before, but only paying $4 to do it. That is what Night at the Movies is all about! Bringing the movies you want to see to you at a resonable price. Held every month at Flinthills 8 Cinemas located in the Flinthills Mall. Any movie that is showing will only cost you FOUR DOLLARS! What a deal?! Tickets can be purchased the week prior and the week of the event at the Welcome Center of the Memorial Union. Movie titles, ratings, and times will be posted for your convenience!
UAC will also sponsor Night at the Movies: $4 Movies on March 7 and April 25
Tyson Wooters
February 1st at 7PM in MU Webb Hall
Once football Team Mascot at University of Oregon, Tyson Wooters is now helping students nationwide to understand how every person in a college community has a contribution to make. His message is an empowering one, and is sure to bring a new perspective to ESU!
Live Group Sex Therapy
February 8th from 7PM to 10PM in MU Webb Hall I
Dating and relationship coach, Daniel Packard, asks students questions they'd never answer in public. Then, the students use their cell phones to text in their replies, which then appear on screens for all to see. The anonymity allows students to get real and honest and reveal the true and scary secrets we don't tell the opposite sex. This is an interactive experience that's hilarious, shocking, and illuminating!
Grocery Bingo Night
February 23rd from 7PM to 10PM in MU Webb Hall I
Oh yes BINGO is back with a vengeance! UAC invites students to join us February 23rd for a good night of fun and a game everyone knows how to play! Join us for the chance to win GROCERIES, something every college student longs for!

Safe Spring Break
March 12th from 7PM to 10PM in MU Webb Hall
With Spring Break comes big plans; trips out of town, visits to families and friends, and of course a little bit of fun on the side! UAC is partnering up with the Nursing Department to bring ESU students Safe Spring Break, an educational opportunity for any student who is interested in having a fun and safe spring break!
Teri Jendusa: Domestic Violence Speaker
March 14th from 7PM to 10PM in MU Webb Hall
Teri has survived the unthinkable. Her ex-husband tried to murder her back in January, 2004 by hitting her in the head with a baseball bat, stuffing her bloody body in a garbage can, and driving her across state lines, and placing her in a storage locker to die. Teri has been seen on Oprah, ABC's 20/20, I survived on A&E, WE network, and CNN. Domestic Violence is usually put on the back burner and people pretend like it's not happening, but it is time somebody talked about it; someone like Teri Jendusa, who has a powerful story that can be empowering, something the "Power E" of ESU Stands for!
Flintstock
April 14th in Kellogg Circle at 6PM
Flintstock, is the Woodstock of the Flint Hills with live music, inflatables, fun, and food out on Kellog Circle Drive. Come enjoy yourself for the day, and join in what has, for a long time, been a treasured ESU tradition!

iPod Idol
April 26th from 10AM to 2PM on MU Mainstreet
So you think you can sing? Oh yes, UAC is bringing iPod Idol to ESU. You can sing your favorite song to your iPod. We are all guilty of singing along to the radio in the car, so why not sing along to the tunes on your iPod? Come to this event for free laughs and entertainment. This is a good pick-me-up for those with the "After-Spring Blues." This event is sure to be a blast and UAC expects our students to be loud and proud about their musical talents!
