The Student Art Therapy Organization (SATO) is committed not only to our student members, but also to the ESU campus and the Emporia community. We are delighted to serve our fellow students and neighbors through participation in multicultural and community events, creative and constructive activities, and service directed efforts and internships with special needs populations across Kansas and the mid-west. Even as students, we are engaged in affecting the human condition through the arts. Our efforts inform our volunteer work, our academic course of study, and our professional participation at the state, regional and national levels.
