Psi Chi Points Policy 

To qualify for free honor cords (only possible the year student graduates) and travel funding for the APA convention, a member must achieve at least 15 points added over the fall and spring semesters in the following manner: 

1. Attend 1 or more Psi Chi monthly meetings for 3pts

• 3 pt. = Attending a Psi Chi monthly meeting

2. Participate in 2 or more of the 1pt items below for 2pts

• 1 pt. = Attending a department social activity
• 1 pt. = Attending the initiation banquet and ceremony
• 1 pt. = Bringing a food item to a fundraiser or social activity

3. Participate in one community service project for 4pts

• 4 pts. = Community Service (i.e., Highway Cleanup or Rebuilding Together)

4. Participate in one Fundraiser for 6pts

• 2 pts/hour = Working a fundraiser (i.e., Halloween Fundraiser, Psi Chi Bake Sale, BINGO Fundraiser, Rock Band Fundraiser, Administrative Professionals’ Day Fundraiser, or Football Concessions)
