Meeting Minutes: 4.03.08

• Nominations: Held nominations for President: Jason Seaton and Janelle Shoup, Vice President of operations: Maggie Miller, Bing Luo, and Ashley Mosttler, Vice President of recording: Katie Miller and Tiffany Sellers, and for Treasurer: Jason Seaton, Maria Battaglia, and Courtney Meeker
• Elections will be next week at 6 before the professional meeting which is at 6:30, aerosystems will be talking to us at this meeting.
• April 25th is the golf tournament and banquet, if interested in participating in the golf tournament we need to know by the 11th, as of right now it looks like it will be $10 a person.
• The John Blaufuss Walk/Run is April 19th, it is only $15 to participate but the money also needs to be in by the 11th. This is a great opportunity to get some community service hours
• Christmas in April is the 26th Ryan will be getting us all the details soon. This is very important that we get as many as possible to come to this.
• Regionals are the 4th and 5th of April if anyone would like to go there is still an open spot
• IS club is having a picnic and we are also sponsoring it, there will be free food, prizes, and games. It will be from 4-6 at Hammond Park on Thursday April 10th.
• We might start up a fund to help pay for traveling in the future.
