What is PBL?

Phi Beta Lambda is the post-secondary division of FBLA-PBL, Inc., a national business organization dedicated to assisting individuals in maturing into responsible and active future business leaders.

Members have the opportunity to develop their business and leadership skills through various conferences which will equip individuals with the skills necessary to become successful business leaders.

Do not let the Greek Symbols mislead you. Phi Beta Lambda is not a Sorority or Fraternity. The mission of Phi Beta Lambda is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. Phi Beta Lambda is the premier business organization on campus as well as in the nation. Our leadership organization is open to everyone regardless of your major.

The best leaders and business professionals are not born being the best - they have to continuously perfect their skills if they want to stay on top.  PBL gives motivated individuals the skills they need in their quest for self improvement.
