LEAD for Recognized Student Organizations prepares RSO executive officers and members to become better leaders and more effective planners in their organizations. Through president/ advisor training in the morning hours, you will gain valuable information on budgeting, calendaring, team-building, and goal-setting. In the afternoon the opportunity will be provided to put these skills into action with your own retreat for your specific RSO.
