Self Help

The Self – Help Resource Center has a variety of things to offer such as self assessment tests, tips, and worksheets. You may access some self-help materials on-line or at the Center. If you don’t find what you need on-line, visit the Center.

Some examples of materials found in the Self-Help Resource Center are as follows…

  • Nicotine Dependency Test
  • What role does alcohol play in my life?
  • The Alcohol Quiz (what do you really know about alcohol).
  • Study Skills
  • Do you have a stress-prone personality? (quiz)
  • Smoking. (risks)
  • Stress Management Guide
  • What can I do if my friend has a drinking problem.

If you have any questions or would like to check out materials you are welcome to stop by or call. (Sorry, we are unable to participate in inter-library programs.) We are located in 211 South Morse Hall and our phone number is (620) 341-5221.
