Emporia State University students, staff and faculty, as well as volunteers from across Kansas, are hard at work planting flats of seeds for the campus greenhouse. Check back soon for pictures of seedlings and to monitor the progress of plants with us!

 

May 15, 2012 - Volunteers from Fort Hays, Kansas State, Pittsburg State, the University of Kansas, Washburn, and Wichita State planted 25 flats of seeds during the Wayne Reynolds Union Directors Meeting today. Some of the seeds planted include cherry radishes, long-keeper tomatoes, single Italian plain-leafed parsley, beefsteak tomatoes, carnival mix sweet peppers, bloomsdale long-standing spinach, and rocket arugula.
