Craig earned his MFA from Southern Illinois University. He was lighting designer for Creede Repertory Theatre in Colorado for three years and produced sound designs for the McLeod Summer Playhouse. After an east coast tour of A Christmas Carol as Lighting Director with the Nebraska Theatre Caravan, Craig wound up at Bismarck State College in North Dakota. He served BSC as technical director and resident designer beginning in 2004. His design credits there included Handing Down the Names, The 1940’s Radio Hour, Man of La Mancha, Nickel and Dimed and Urinetown. Craig is active with KCACTF and USITT and works nationally as a designer and a consultant. In July 2008 he became Technical Director for ESU Theatre.
