2010-2011 Scholarship Application

Dependents of classified employees are encouraged to complete and return the application form to be eligible. Requirements are:

• Be a dependent or child of ESU Classified Personnel
• Apply for admission to ESU for 2010-2011
• If a continuing student, be in good academic standing
• Attend ESU in at least half time enrollment
• Return the application (here) by March 5, 2010
