Application for Internship (SC 881)

Requirements 

Knowing the number of persons planning to enroll in internship is necessary in order to allow for adequate planning and scheduling of these courses/experiences. Therefore, students wishing to enroll for internship must receive formal approval to enroll in this experience. Students must submit a completed form for each semester enrolled in internship.
