WHAT TYPE/HOW MANY CAREER FAIRS ARE CONDUCTED AT ESU?
Emporia State conducts four career fairs per year. The Spring and Fall Teacher Career Fairs are for teaching majors. The Spring and Fall Career Fairs are for Business and Liberal Arts majors.
WHAT IS A CAREER FAIR?
A career fair is two events conducted on the same day. The morning fair provides an opportunity for employers to visit with candidates as they visit your booths and talk with you. The afternoon event is a time for one-on-one interviews, with a possibility of obtaining a second on-site interview at a later date.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A FAIR?

HOW DO CANDIDATES SIGN UP FOR AFTERNOON INTERVIEWS?
There are two ways for candidates to sign up for interviews. One is to sign up with you at your table during the morning walk-up session. The other is for you to create interview schedules on InterviewTRAK through your MonsterTRAK account. These are called prescheduled interviews. InterviewTRAK allows ESU candidates who are registered with Career Services to look at all schedules several weeks in advance of the fair and pick a time they want to have an interview. You will be able to view the candidate's resume and your schedule before the fair. Click HERE for instructions on how to create your schedule through your MonsterTRAK account.
WHERE ARE THE CAREER FAIRS HELD?
The fairs are held in the Memorial Union, Webb Lecture Hall, 2nd floor. The Ballroom may be utilized as an overflow room. Booths (tables) are assigned on a first come-first served basis, so sign up early!
