Lynn Hobson: Dean of Students 620-341-5267 Lynn has received threat assessment training from the National Center for Higher Education Risk Management. She has a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education. |

Wade Redeker: Director of Residential Life 620-341-5264 Wade graduated from ESU with a Master of Science degree in Education Administration. As Director of Residential Life, he oversees all functions of the department, including operations, personnel, staff development, and programming for residents. |

Shanti Ramcharan: Director of Disability Services 620-341-5222 Shanti is responsible for coordinating all accommodations for ESU students with disabilities. She is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addictions counselor. Shanti has a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She serves as the Chair of the CARE Team. |

Jaque Schmidt: Director of Student Wellness 620-341-5222 Jaque is a licensed clinical professional counselor. She directs the department of Student Wellness, which includes Counseling Services, Disability Services, and Health Services. She has a Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Personnel. |
